Looking for a Nursery Teacher role?
Flourish Education is seeking to recruit a Nursery Teacher to work in a primary school on a full-time basis.
Our client is based in Lichfield and has been rated “Good” by Ofsted. They aim to enable children to be happy, engaged, and positive about their future, and are looking to recruit a teacher who can support and promote these values.
This Nursery Teacher role is due to start in September 2026 and is expected to continue until December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in a creative and engaging manner.
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants.
- Safeguarding all pupils.
- Marking work in line with the school’s policy.
- Attending meetings where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to the role.
- A strong school reference from your most recent employer or school placement.
