School Minibus Driver
24/12 hours per week, term time only, part time. Job share considered. For September 2026 start.
Responsibilities
Provide pick-up and drop-off services at the start and end of the school day. Support the School’s Transport provision during term time (34 weeks) by picking up students to arrive for the start of school (8.10am) each morning and returning them after school (from 6.15pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and from 4.15pm Wednesday and Friday). Routes take around one hour in each direction. Additional driving for school trips may be arranged in agreement with the successful candidate.
Essential Requirements
- Driving license with no endorsements
- Excellent time keeping skills and punctuality
- Calm under pressure
- Friendly manner and enthusiastic approach
Salary
Hourly rate of £14 per hour.
