The Candidate
Are you passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is committed to helping students succeed. If you’re kind, reliable, and passionate about working in the classroom or one-on-one settings, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you’ll work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. To thrive, you’ll need a solid understanding of current practices in supporting children’s learning and behaviour management strategies, as well as knowledge in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and science. Holding an NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience is essential.
This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in education. As part of Affinity Learning Partnership, you’ll also have access to further support for professional development.
This role will support all children within the classroom environment, including children with EHCPs. You will also be required to cover lunchtimes.
