HRGO Recruitment is looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Chartham, Canterbury. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload pallets of fruit.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Support manual handling tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with general warehouse duties.
• Own transport preferred due to the location.
