Pastoral Manager (Grade 7)

St Nicholas Catholic High School is looking to appoint a patient, enthusiastic and hardworking individual for the role of Pastoral Manager.

The role focuses on creating a positive, inclusive environment and acts as the trusted point of contact for students, parents, colleagues and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage constructively with students and families, building strong relationships.
• Work effectively as part of a team with teaching staff and external agencies.
• Support students with mental health, social, academic and behavioural difficulties.
• Manage own time effectively, work flexibly and exercise initiative.

This is a Permanent, Full Time / Part Year Contract, 37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year. Grade 7 – SCP17 £31,022 to SCP23 £34,434 per annum Full Time Equivalent (Actual salary between £26,772 and £29,717 per annum).
