About the role:

Justteachers are working alongside a Secondary Academy in Peterborough to recruit a Teaching Assistant.

Location: PeterboroughStart Date: May/June 2026Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.30pmContract: Full-time, temporary – for the Summer term

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff across KS3 and KS4 classrooms
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils
• Assist with differentiated learning activities
• Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Pre‑requisites:

• Previous TA or classroom support experience in UK schools
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to support learning across key stages
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
