SEMH & Behaviour Support Mentor (KS3–KS4)

Engage Education is looking for a Behaviour Support Mentor to provide 1:1 support to KS3 & KS4 students in Manchester. You will be supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs, creating tailored academic support, and building rapport with students. The role starts in September 2026 and requires a degree.

Responsibilities include monitoring student progress and assisting in creating a productive learning environment. A DBS check is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers £95 – £100 per day during term time.
