Senior Social Worker – AMHP – Older Adults
Location: Greenwich | Pay Rate: £36 per hour
Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join its client’s Older Adults Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and delivering mental health services to older adults, ensuring their well‑being and promoting their independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service.
- Provide health and social care interventions, including commissioning care packages.
- Safeguarding investigations and monitoring mental state for relapse and recovery.
- Be on the Central AMHP team rota, providing assessment and coordination under the Mental Health Act.

Qualifications and Experience
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Post-qualified experience.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
