Early Years SEND TA – 1:1 Support & Inclusion

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking an Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Blackburn starting September 2026. This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, including non-verbal students with autism.

Ideal candidates will be patient and adaptable, passionate about supporting children in an Early Years setting, and will work closely with the SEND team to promote engagement and wellbeing. There is potential for a permanent position in 2027 for the right candidate.
