Red 5 People in Harrow is looking for a dedicated Job Coach to support young people with learning disabilities and autism in securing meaningful employment. You will work closely with a small group, guiding them as they prepare for the workplace and providing hands-on support.

Your role includes approaching local employers, arranging work experience placements, and advising on necessary adjustments. Essential is understanding the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, enabling you to foster strong relationships with both the young people and employers.
