Teaching Assistant Position
Salary up to £33,066 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient individual to support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one‑to‑one support to help pupils learn, develop their abilities and build confidence.
- Assisting teachers during lessons and activities to ensure students progress.
- Supporting therapeutic interventions and bespoke learning plans.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, therapists and parents to create a safe and inclusive environment.
