Taunton & Surrounding Areas.
Pay: £92.00 – £109.00 per day.
Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
Contract: Flexible / Supply – Term Time Only.
Hours: School Hours (typically 8:30am – 3:30pm).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Encouraging participation and engagement during lessons.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and social skills.
- Providing positive behaviour support where required.
- Building strong relationships with students and staff.
- Adapting to different schools and age groups.
Who We’re Looking For
- A Drama graduate or someone with a performing arts background.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Passionate about working with children and young people.
- Adaptable and happy working in different schools.
- Experience with young people through theatre groups, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or volunteering is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable, as work may be available across several schools in Taunton and the surrounding areas.
