Hygiene Operative

Location

• Based between Wainfleet and Croft, near Skegness
• Own transport is essential due to site location
• No public transport links are available to the site

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Friday
• 4pm – 11pm

Pay Rate

• £13.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning duties across the factory site
• Power washing production and work areas
• General cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensuring all areas meet health and safety requirements
• Supporting different departments as required

Experience

• Previous hygiene operative or industrial cleaning experience is essential
• COSHH experience or qualifications would be advantageous

Skills & Attributes

• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
• Flexible and willing to assist across different departments
• Able to work independently using own initiative
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards
• Reliable and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
