The Role
As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest Audi standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine servicing, repairs and MOT preparation.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
- Completing all work efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately completing job cards and health check reports.
- Working collaboratively within the workshop team.
- Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence.
You will ideally have:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Franchise experience desirable but not essential
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A proactive, team‑focused attitude.
