Student Progress Coach — Guidance & Attendance

Franklin Sixth Form College is seeking two Progress Coaches to manage student caseloads and support educational success. One role is permanent and the other is for fixed-term maternity cover.

The ideal candidates will possess Level 3 qualifications and superb communication skills. Key responsibilities include monitoring student attendance, offering guidance on various challenges, and working closely with families and staff. The position offers a competitive salary between £21,423.60 and £22,836.29 annually.
