Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00‑4:00pm
Contract: Permanent (Term Time Only)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Youth Coach to support a young person accessing a bespoke education plan, including off‑site provision. The role involves a high level of independence, responsibility and creativity in planning and delivering meaningful, engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting academic progress under the guidance of teaching staff
- Monitoring and reporting on the young person’s progress
- Acting as the main point of communication for school, home and external agencies
- Writing risk assessments and pre‑visit assessments
- Working closely with the SENCO and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator to plan appropriate activities
- Transporting the young person to off‑site activities
- Maintaining accurate academic and safeguarding records
- Undertaking relevant training and supporting elsewhere in school when required
About You
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade 4/C and above) or equivalent
- Resilience, patience and a commitment to the wellbeing of young people
- High degree of computer literacy
- Good understanding of SEN
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Driving licence required
