Understanding each customer’s needs and helping them with their travel money needs.
Applying training to offer expert advice on our products and services.
Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the team to drive performance and celebrate success.
Following company processes and paying close attention to detail to keep everything on track.
