Our Communications team plays a vital role in connecting guests and colleagues seamlessly across our hotels, ensuring every request is handled with precision, professionalism, and care.Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Communications (PBX) Supervisor to support and lead our Communications function across the UK Collection, covering Park Lane, Tower Bridge, and Hampshire.The roleBased at Park Lane, the Communications Supervisor will oversee the day to day operation of the Communications function, supporting service delivery across multiple properties within the UK Collection.You will lead a team of six, ensuring all guest and internal communications, including calls, messages, and requests, are handled efficiently and in line with Four Seasons standards.
