Outreach Support Worker – Rough Sleepers Team

Thames Reach Charity is seeking a Support Worker for the Hillingdon Street Outreach Team to help rough sleepers secure services and support. This role offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while meeting operational demands in outreach activities.

Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills and a commitment to diversity while working effectively with vulnerable populations. Salary is set at £31,908 per annum, with a fixed-term contract until March 2027.
