Overnight Children’s Community Carer

HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate Children’s Community Carer based in Sunbury-on-Thames to provide high-quality overnight support for a child with complex medical needs. You will build meaningful relationships with both the child and their family while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The role requires excellent communication skills, understanding of complex needs, and a willingness to assist with training new staff. A full driving license is necessary, and adherence to health and safety guidelines is essential.
