Salary: Grade 5 scp 12 17 Actual Salary £20,959 – £22,736 (£28,598- £31,022 FTE)
Term of Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Term Time Only + 5 Days
Hours per week: Part Time 31.25 hours per week including lunchtime cover

St Vincent De Paul are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant Level 3 to provide cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi‑academy trust.
Responsibilities
- Promote and support the Catholic ethos of the school
- Provide class cover under the direction of the lead TA
- Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom
- Support pupils consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs
- Promote independence and employ strategies to develop self‑reliance
- Provide feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement
- Be able to use your initiative while following the overall direction of the class and school policies
- Work with teachers to establish an appropriate learning environment including support with lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
- Monitor & evaluate pupils’ responses to learning against pre‑determined learning objectives
- Provide objective & accurate feedback & reports to the teacher on pupil achievement
- Work well as part of a team
