About the Role
Recruitment is a fast‑paced sales environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with schools and education professionals, generating new business opportunities, and matching talented candidates with rewarding roles.
Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound sales and cold calls to schools and education professionals.
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Interview, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Work towards ambitious sales targets and personal goals.
