About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will contribute to high-quality teaching and a positive learning environment. Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:
- Planning engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
- Creating an inclusive classroom that inspires learning
- Implementing behaviour strategies that promote a calm, focused atmosphere
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents and carers
- Assessing and tracking learning
- Participating in wider school life, meetings and CPD where required
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in primary settings
- Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
