Family Support Worker — Hybrid Role Supporting Vulnerable Families

Bristol City Council is seeking two Family Support Workers to join the Bristol East Central Area Office in St Pauls. The role involves supporting teams working with vulnerable children and families, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Candidates should have experience in working with children and families as well as an understanding of the challenges these families face, including mental health and domestic abuse issues. The role offers a part-time fixed term contract with flexible working arrangements.
