Red 5 People is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to support vulnerable young people at risk of school exclusion in East London. This emotionally demanding role involves delivering one-to-one mentoring sessions, running after-school clubs, and conducting workshops in secondary schools.
Successful candidates will be resilient, possess a minimum Level 3 Youth Work qualification, and have a passion for building authentic connections with young people aged 11-16. Training and a clear progression pathway are offered.
