EC&I Technician

Job Details

• Type: Contract
• Rates: Contract: £38.17ph
• Pay Type: CIS (Agency PAYE also available – rates available on request)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months minimum

Essentials

• All applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 as a minimum

Clearance

• Candidates must be eligible to obtain DV clearance (British passport and having lived and worked continuously in the UK for the last 10 years with no overseas employment during that period)
• Candidates do not need to already hold clearance, provided they are willing to undergo the vetting process.

Experience

• Experience with motors, PLCs, SCADA systems, BMS and panel wiring is essential.
• COMPEX certification would be highly desirable, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

Hours

9 day fortnight

Week 1: 40 hours

Mon – Thursday 07:45 – 17:00 (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch) = 35 hrs

Friday 07:45 – 12:15 (no lunch break) = 5 hrs

Week 2: 35 hours

Mon – Thursday 07:45 – 17:00 (includes 30 mins unpaid lunch) = 35 hrs

Friday – off
