Role: Structural CAD Technician

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Salary: £30-£40k (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining client relationships, producing details and drawings for a variety of building structures
• Detailed drawing, detailing and modelling duties on buildings for a range of clients across the UK
• Working closely with and supporting Structural Engineers
• Liaising with and providing direction to more junior members of the drawing team
• Communicating with contractors and architects
• Liaising with clients and answering queries
• Attending site meetings
• Gradually taking on more responsibility until you are leading your own projects

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in a construction‑related field
• Experience with standard software including AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the design process
• Experience with Revit is desirable but not essential
