Holiday Camp Manager (casual)

£13.40 per hour | Mon–Fri – 35 – 40 hours per week

Location: Quayside Youth Centre, Southwick, BN42 4RE

We’re launching a Holiday HQ camp for 4–12-year-olds and we’re looking for Adventure Camp Managers to lead it. This is a hands‑on leadership role; you won’t just deliver activities – you’ll run the camp, lead the team, set the standards and create an atmosphere children can’t wait to come back to.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
• Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
• Be the main point of contact for parents on site
• Take the lead on incidents and escalation
• Play a key role in delivering safe, well‑managed excursions
