Early Years Leader / Pre-School Lead (Primary School Setting)

About the Role

As Pre-School Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pre‑school setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive through play‑based experiences.

You will lead by example, supporting and guiding staff while delivering high-quality Early Years practice that supports children’s development across all areas of learning.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in leadership, passionate about Early Years education, and committed to giving children the best possible start.
