Think Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Tradesman to join a leading Housing Association in Matlock/Chesterfield. The role involves external maintenance on tenanted properties, including slabbing, fencing, and patch plastering.
The successful candidate will need a minimum of 3 years experience and relevant certifications (NVQ or City and Guilds) along with their own van and tools. This position offers a pay rate of £20 – £22 per hour plus mileage.
