Domestic/Laundry Assistant

Argyle Park Care Home, Southport.

Full‑time contract, 5 days a week, 29.5 hours per week. Shift times can be negotiated at interview stage.

About the Role

As a domestic/laundry assistant you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe environment for our residents, visitors and staff, and be an important part of the team that ensures residents feel valued. Duties include following a daily cleaning schedule, hoovering, dusting, polishing, shampooing carpets, mopping floors, washing and ironing residents’ clothes and linens, returning all items to the correct resident’s room, and completing other duties as required.
