Pay Rate: £92.59 – £115 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant for a full-time position in Lincoln. This role involves supporting students’ learning and development from September onwards.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection; successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
