Seasonal Retail Assistant — Welcome Visitors

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Retail Team Member for Sissinghurst Castle Garden. In this role, you’ll welcome visitors, assist with shopping, and ensure excellent customer service. This position offers flexible working hours with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour, along with various perks including a substantial pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.

You’ll be expected to work on a zero-hour contract basis, adapting to the seasonal needs of the shop while providing high standards of presentation. A passion for delivering great service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
