Overview

Health & Safety Professional responsible for managing and implementing site safety, environmental and risk management, developing site‑specific construction phase plans, collaborating with Project Managers and Leadership Team, ensuring company H&S policies are implemented and adhered to, and delivering H&S training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement site safety, environmental and risk management.
• Develop site‑specific construction phase plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers & Leadership Team.
• Work with directors to ensure company H&S policies are implemented and adhered to.
• Deliver H&S training.
• Part office, part site based as required.

Qualifications

• HND/HNC or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience delivering H&S training and strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (H&S at Work Act 1974, CDM Regs 2015, ISO 45001, ISO 31000).
• Previous experience in electrical, construction environment essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Required to undergo security vetting.
