Key Responsibilities
- Assist staff and students with technical support for Psychology learning and research.
- Provide technical support for psychology laboratories and equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of laboratories, equipment and stores (stock control).
- Support the development of teaching, research and enterprise activities.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries via the technical team inbox, ensuring adherence to service standards.
