Senior Chef De Partie

Ekte Nordic Kitchen is a Nordic restaurant within the Bloomberg Arcade in the city near Bank and Cannon street station.

We are currently looking for a Senior chef de partie.

The successful Senior Chef de partie will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to learn.

Previous experience in Nordic cuisine would be an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Mise en place and setting up your section for service.
• Ordering and stock rotation.
• Following instructions from the Head and Sous Chef during service.
• Running service occasionally on quieter shifts when Head and Sous Chef is off.
• Producing food following recipes and instruction.
• Ensuring all procedures in your section are in line with the company’s food safety rules.
• Cleaning and closing down your section.
