Role Overview

Join Wolverine Worldwide as a retail sales associate and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Educate customers on product features, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, delivery management, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
  • Handle cash management and follow all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encourage customer loyalty through promotion of new collections and collecting customer data.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for Wolverine brands and lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent (US candidates).

Working Conditions

The role is performed in a retail environment. US candidates only. Duties are consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
