Compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary

Master Class Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our secondary SEN school in Basingstoke, starting September 2026 or sooner. This rewarding role involves supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism and ADHD, and requires building trusting relationships for their learning development.

The ideal candidate should be patient, resilient, and have a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning requirements. You’ll work closely with teachers, assist in personal care if necessary, and create a nurturing environment for the students.
