We are seeking a detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and support the team in delivering immaculate rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff on shift
• Conduct daily room and public area inspections
• Allocate tasks and ensure efficient shift operations
• Monitor cleaning standards and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints where needed
• Ensure correct use of cleaning supplies and PPE
• Train new staff and support ongoing development
• Report maintenance issues and manage lost property procedures
• Support stock control and linen inventory management
