Temporary Butlers

We are seeking experienced and polished temporary butlers to join a team delivering exceptional guest service during a multi‑day luxury wedding celebration in Windsor. Successful candidates will be confident working in a premium hospitality environment, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the event.
• Assist guests with refreshments, meals, and general requests.
• Support VIP and family members with attentive, discreet service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest areas.
• Assist with event setup, room preparation, and service transitions.
• Liaise professionally with event managers, catering teams, and household staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler, VIP Hospitality Assistant, House Butler, Luxury Hospitality Professional, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work long shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours across the event period.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable transport to and from Windsor.

Working days/ hours

• 13th‑18th July – Working every day, being very flexible is extremely key for this role
• 10‑12 hours per day – Day shifts and night shifts

Food

• Meals provided whilst on duty (if applicable)
