We urgently require a Caretaker t o provide a flexible, responsive, high-quality caretaking service to estates including cleaning and maintaining estates to a high standard and ensuring the wellbeing and needs of the residents on estates are met within the policies and procedures. The c aretaker will fully participate in cover arrangements within the caretaking team to ensure proper access to services for tenants and to provide mutual support for priority tasks, e.g. seasonal work, racist graffiti and emergency situations. The c aretaker will monitor contractors working on site, carrying out quality control checks and report any deficiencies in the services provided. The c aretaker will maintain a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with, or initiating contact with, service users, their representatives or outside agencies.
