1:1 SEND Behaviour Support TA – Calm, Proactive & Impactful

Tradewind Recruitment in Grimsby is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with significant behavioural challenges. This role is critical in providing individualised support and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to behaviour management. A First Aid qualification and Team-Teach training are also preferred. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on a student’s journey.
