We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also take own initiative to solve problems quickly and work independently
- Patience and a sense of humour
- A fun, kind and positive nature, with the ability to interact with staff and pupils, and communicate clearly and professionally
Qualifications and Experience
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent;
- good numeracy and literacy essential.
- Proven experience in facilities, estates or operational management, ideally in an educational or similar environment.
- Experience of managing staff, contractors and day to day operational teams.
- Experience in health & safety compliance, risk management, and statutory inspections.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, or contracts.
