SEND/ELSA TA: Nurturing Support for SEND Pupils

Lancashire County Council is seeking a SEND/ELSA Teaching Assistant for St Cecilia’s Roman Catholic High School. The role involves providing support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a nurturing environment. This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week during term time, focusing on the emotional, pastoral, and behavioural needs of students.

Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience working with children and young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with pupils. A comprehensive wellbeing package is offered.
