Location: Dordon, Tamworth  Pay: £13.00 per hour  Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Reach Truck Driver to join a busy distribution operation within the warehousing and logistics industry based in Dordon, Tamworth. This Reach Truck Driver role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period.

Job Role

Reach Truck Driver (Warehousing & Logistics Industry)

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Using scanner guns to pick online customer orders
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Operating PPT equipment when required
• Carrying out quality control checks on products
• Packing orders ready for dispatch
• Replenishing stock locations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Previous Reach Truck driving experience
• PPT experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
