FLT Driver- 7AM-5PM

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy site based close to Stallingborough.

Location

• Site based close to Stallingborough
• Own transport is recommended due to site location

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate

• £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the movement of bales delivered onto site
• Transporting materials safely to storage and production areas
• Operating FLT equipment in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Supporting other operational areas of the site when required
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Experience

• Minimum of 6 months’ continuous experience in a similar FLT / Counterbalance role
• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance certificate with the ability to evidence experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment

Skills & Attributes

• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
• Happy to assist with duties outside of FLT driving when required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently within an established team
• Flexible and proactive attitude

Desirable

• Telehandler licence and experience would be advantageous
