Lead HLTA – SEND & Inclusion Specialist

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is looking for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our SEND team in Greater London. This role requires leadership in managing a team to support students with special educational needs (SEND). You will design interventions and collaborate with staff and families to promote inclusion.

Candidates should have significant experience in education, especially with SEND students, strong communication skills, and preferably hold HLTA status or a Level 4/5 qualification. This position offers a competitive weekly salary of £600 – £700.
