Independence & Inclusion Coach for SEND Empowerment

Chelmsford College is looking for an Independence and Inclusion Coach to support young people with varying levels of SEND needs across the curriculum. The role requires the successful candidates to guide staff on inclusive practices and promote the independence of learners.

Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 4-9 or equivalent, along with experience in working with SEND learners. The position offers 37 hours per week across 38 weeks each year and a salary starting at £20,911.75.
