The governorsand headteacher are looking to appoint a strong and committed TeachingAssistant to work in a KS2 class. This position is initially temporary for one budgetconstraints, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent based on futureschool budgets.

- Knowledgeable and flexible: Possessing excellent knowledge ofthe KS2 curriculum, with the ability to secure successful learning forchildren with a wide range of needs.
- A skilled communicator: Able to use their own initiative,demonstrate patience and resilience, and build positive relationships withchildren, staff, and parents.
- A team player: Ready to work flexibly andresponsively as part of a committed, inclusive staff team.
- Experienced in SEND support: Having experience delivering interventionincluding phonics—preferably using the Little Wandle scheme—tosupport group interventions.
