Daily Duties

• Supporting teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
• Working with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional learning needs (ALN).
• Helping to prepare learning materials and maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
• Supporting literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Taking part in break times, extracurricular activities, and school trips.
• Assisting pupils with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, mobility) under supervision.
• Learning about and applying key school policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, and behaviour management.
• Developing professional relationships with teachers, staff, and pupils.

£8.60 per hour, 30 hours per week
